  14. I’m 19 years old and am not a student. Can I take part in the contest?

  1. Can the design be placed on the back of the T-shirt?

    For this competition, your design must be on the front of the T-shirt. It should fit into a 500 x 500(pixels) square.

  2. Am I free to choose any T-shirt colour for my design?

    You can choose any colour from our range of T-shirt templates. They include white, black, bright red, yellow and light blue. Colour codes can be viewed at Submit Design.

  3. Which software should I use to design my T-shirt?

    You may wish to use Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator. You can download the trial version of the software here.

  4. Can I submit more than 1 design?

    Yes. Each participant can submit a maximum of 10 unique designs.

  5. How do I submit my design?

    You will need to register to submit your design. Follow the steps that are given at the ‘submit design’ page.

  6. Where can I download a T-shirt template?

    There is no need for a T-shirt template as all instructions can be found at the Submit Design page.

  7. Can I change my design after I’ve submitted it?

    No, you can’t. All changes should be done before you click the ‘Send’ button. You can still make the changes when you preview your design on the T-shirt template. If you want to withdraw your submission, please contact us.

  8. How do you decide which designs win?

    Please refer to the contest details.

  9. Do we need to register in order to vote? How do we vote?

    No. You do not need to register, but you will need to provide us your name and valid email address. To vote, you need to click on the ‘vote’ button for your preferred design and you will be asked for your Name and Email address. You can vote once per day for any design.

  10. The website does not allow me to register again using the same email address. Why is that so?

    We allow all participants and voters to only register once with each valid email address because we rely on it to be unique for verification.

  11. How do I collect the prizes that I’ve won?

    All winners will be notified by post, which is why we require you to provide your mailing address when you register. All winners shall collect their prizes from Health Promotion Board (HPB).

  12. When is the closing date for submission?

    All entries must be received by 07 March 2008, 11.59pm (Singapore Time). Please refer to the contest details.

  13. Must my design be based on a specific theme?

    Yes. The design must be based on the theme of active lifestyle and that it is cool, fun and hip to be active and sporty.

  14. I’m 19 years old and am not a student. Can I take part in the contest?

    Yes, you can.
